We have a hard working and motivated team of four Field Supervisors and up to 36 Livelihood Service Providers in West Bengal who deliver our programmes. They are recruited from the villages where we work. They speak the local language and know the communities. Most importantly they are respected and trusted by our farmers.
They are managed by Joe Rao, Nirdhan’s General Manager, and Chandrani Banerjee, Head of Livelihood Programmes.
