Complaints
We trust that you will never have a reason to complain about Shivia, but should you feel it necessary, please feel free to contact us by phone, email or letter expressing the nature of your complaint and we shall look to resolve the matter at the earliest opportunity. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within seven days and endeavour to resolve the matter within four weeks. If you are not happy with our response you may also contact the Fundraising Regulator here.
